Definitions:
- Content: is the Intellectual property/original composition (art, music, text, etc) of which the NFT is minted.
- Creator: is the person/artist who created the content. (Benjamin E Howen III)
- Owner: is The person in possession of the blockchain wallet containing the NFT
License:
The content creator grants the owner a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal use license to view, download, display, and copy the content (physically or digitally), subject to the following restrictions: The content is licensed for personal use only, not commercial use. The content may not be reproduced in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The content may not be resold, re-licensed, sub-licensed, rented, leased, or used in advertising.
This personal use license is attached to the NFT and transferred with the owner of the NFT at the time of a wallet transfer (sale or gift).
The NFT does not entitle its owner to the possession of any original physical content.
Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the content remain exclusively with the content owner.
